Shipping Coverage

Gulroop currently delivers to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful order confirmation or payment verification, where applicable.

Orders are generally processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery times are:

  • Lahore: 2–3 Business Days
  • Other Cities in Pakistan: Up to 5 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your order value and delivery location.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on orders of Rs. 5,000 or above anywhere in Pakistan.

Orders below this amount may incur standard shipping charges, which will be displayed during checkout.


Delivery Partners

To ensure reliable delivery, Gulroop works with trusted courier partners across Pakistan.

Courier partners may vary depending on your location and service availability.


Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via the contact details you provided.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipping or tracking information, where available.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your package.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect contact number
  • Customer unavailable
  • Customer refusal

the shipment may be returned to Gulroop.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be dispatched again.


Customer Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, customers are responsible for providing:

  • Full Name
  • Complete Delivery Address
  • Correct Phone Number
  • Accurate Email Address (if applicable)

Gulroop is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier operational issues
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Natural disasters
  • Political or civil disturbances
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Gulroop is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives:

  • Incomplete
  • Incorrect

please contact Gulroop Customer Support within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the outer packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Eligible claims will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned to Gulroop due to:

  • Incorrect delivery information
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept the order

we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel the order
  • Deduct applicable shipping charges from any eligible refund
  • Decline future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders in cases of repeated unjustified refusals

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.

Customers are requested to ensure that the correct payment amount is ready at the time of delivery to facilitate a smooth transaction.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Gulroop Customer Support.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.


Order Tracking

Tracking information may be provided after dispatch, depending on the courier service used.

If you require assistance regarding the status of your shipment, please contact our customer support team.


Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we may:
